Visiting the Archive
The Archive for the History of Journalism is open three days a week to university members and external visitors. Since workspace in our archive is limited, we recommend that you make an appointment in advance via email or phone (during our opening hours), especially if you are traveling from further away or planning extensive research. When booking a research slot, please let us know which newspapers you would like to consult.
You can find our archive at Aachener Str. 197-199, 50931 Cologne. On the day of your visit, please ring the bell at the right-hand door on the 1st floor. A staff member on duty will greet you there and guide you to our workrooms.

KidsUni 2026
